I'm trying to install sourcetree.  There are a number of steps listed: Install - this one comes up checked; License agreement - this one requires a check of a box; Atlassian account - this one requires a login and does not work.  A screen pops up with 'login with google' which is not viable for me and an empty, unlabeled box where I put my email address to identify my Atlassian account (which exists).  I hit the continue button and the little pencil appears at the end of the box where I entered the email address and then goes away.  It is not obvious that anything else happens.  What is going on here?
