Cannot Login To BitBucket Server Using Email

      When logging into a Bitbucket Server account using an email address, an API call is made to .../rest/api/1.0/users/{username} and returns a 404 error. According to the docs, the API must use a user slug, not the username/email. Apparently, usernames without an "@" symbol are the same as the slug, but "@" is replaced by "_" when using an email address. As such, I cannot login to Bitbucket Server (FYI using Bitbucket Server v4.13.0)
