Description
Our web proxy allows me to to access atlassian.com and I'm able to manually download (in my browser) the file that the installer cannot download (https://downloads.atlassian.com/software/sourcetree/windows/PortableGcmSt-1.8.1.6.7z). The installer doesn't seem to be using the proxy.
When user proceeds with the installation, SourceTree prompts the error below:
System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 52.84.26.148:443
