Unable to download ST extras files behind web proxy

      Our web proxy allows me to to access atlassian.com and I'm able to manually download (in my browser) the file that the installer cannot download (https://downloads.atlassian.com/software/sourcetree/windows/PortableGcmSt-1.8.1.6.7z). The installer doesn't seem to be using the proxy.

      When user proceeds with the installation, SourceTree prompts the error below:

       

      System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 52.84.26.148:443
