      Staging modified files with long paths in SourceTree sometimes stages the file as 'Removed'.

      Environment

      SourceTree 2.0.19.1, 1.9.6.1

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Download attached repo: TestForAtlassian-2016-11-04.tar
      2. Unzip, and add the repository in ST
      3. Open repository and go to File Status tab
      4. You will see a staged file that is marked as 'Modified'
      5. Click Stage all

      Expected Results

      File gets moved to 'Staged' and remains 'Modified'

      Actual Results

      File gets moved to 'Staged' but shows as 'Removed'
