Lost cyrillic symbols during edit message interactive rebase regime

    Description

      Right mouse click on any commit, "Rebase children of ###### interactively..." --> Choose commit --> Edit message --> Write message with cyrillic symbols --> OK
      All cyrillic symbols substitude by "?" symbol.
