Editing Commit Message into a Form of Unicode characters on Interactive Rebase produces Question Marks

    Description

      To reproduce:

      1. Right click a commit and choose 'Rebase children of ###### interactively'
      2. Combine the commits and edit the commit message with a form of unicode characters. (Eg. a Greek word ἄλφα)
      3. Successfully rebase it. It'll appear as such:
