Problem with encoding

      I have big problem with textfile, which have other encoding than UTF-8.

      Although I set in repository .git/config file correctly 

      encoding = cp1250

      , but chars are displaying wrong in SourceTree (in original GIT GUI is OK). Simultaneously I can not STAGE or UNSTAGE hunk of code, because error. (in GIT GUI all in OK).
