I have had our security people monitor the traffic through the proxy server and they get the same results when I have no authentication Username and Password and when I have an authenticated Username and Password. I have never had a problem before (after I had worked out how to add the authentication). I logged on recently and got the upgrade message. As I always upgrade to the latest version I did this. Now it does not appear that the proxy authentication is working. I get this message 'fatal: unable to access '<repo_URL>': Received HTTP code 407 from proxy after CONNECT'.
