"External Diff" option doesn't seem in right click menu on Log/History tab

      When I commit my changes and click the files changed, "External Diff" option doesn't seem in right click menu on Log/History tab. I can use external diff with only "Ctrl + D" shortcut.

      However before the commit, I see external diff option in right click menu.

      This feature existed in previous versions.
