Stage/Discard buttons in unstaged changes diff view are misplaced

This is a new issue that just cropped up after the big UI change that I installed today (2/16/16).

When on the File Status tab with unstaged changes you have to scroll sideways to get to the stage/discard hunk/lines buttons. After looking at it for a bit it seems like those buttons now always align with the rightmost edge of the widest "code window". In previous versions those buttons always aligned with the right edge of the whole window so that they were always visible to the user and able to be clicked. The new location is messy looking and pretty obnoxious to have to scroll sideways when looking through multiple diffs and staging them.
