"Stage" & "Discard hunk" buttons hidden to the right in small screens

In the diff window, the "Stage" & "Discard hunk" buttons are aligned to the right end of the code blocks. On small screen they are hidden outside the viewable area of the panel. You have to scroll right to reach them.

In previous versions those buttons are allways visible and you can scroll to the right to see the rest of the code but the buttons are kept in view.

The buttons should be anchored to the panel visible area and not to the right edge of the code block (since the code block can be wider then the panel visible area)
