Lost Stage hunk and Unstage hunk buttons whilst staging.

      2 things - firstly this page's UI is saying 1.6.10 is unreleased, but I got 1.6.10 via the automatic update of Sourcetree this morning.

      Secondly, the Stage and Unstage hunk buttons are missing completely. The Reverse hunk button is present for previous commits, but nothing when staging.

      Pretty important.
