"Stage Hunk" and "Discard Hunk" buttons gone

      The `Stage Hunk` and `Discard Hunk` buttons dont show up for me.

      I'm on Windows 7, 64bit and just updated from 1.6.8 to 1.6.10.

      Work Around

      • In the Diff panel. click on the cog/gear menu
      • Select Show Whitespace
