When we launch the full public version, we should be sure to link directly to the setup.exe and not use the ClickOnce generated installer page (or even a customised version of that), because that doesn't work on Firefox (SRCTREEWIN-162), and we really want a one-step download.

Also consider renaming the setup.exe to SourceTreeSetup.exe so it's easier to identify (SRCTREE-133). Don't include the version number though as that will require extra queries/redirects, and actually won't work anyway since the real version number link is in the .application file it refers to, and you can't mess with that stuff without breaking the links used for auto-update etc.
