Firefox 19.0 doesn't execute ClickOnce manifest, just displays it

      Windows 7 Ultimate x64, patched through February; .NET 4.5 "R2", .NET 3.5.1 Windows feature enabled

      The publish page "launch" link just opens the app manifest in the same window. There isn't a ClickOnce plugin (enabled or disabled) in my instance of Firefox.

      Using setup.exe works fine to install the app.

      Please consider using a real installer. I'm partial to building them with WiX but I'm biased.
