Status keeps refreshing when nothing is modified

This was described as part of SRCTREEWIN-1373 (which should be reopened!) but it's really a separate issue.

It seems SourceTree keeps refreshing Working Copy Changes even when only ignored files change. This happens for example after refactoring with resharper in Visual Studio which triggers code analysis and probably updates some cache file which is ignored by git.

Blocking and emptying Working Copy Changes during refresh makes this particularly annoying - SourceTree is basically unusable for a few minutes each time resharper keeps analyzing something.
