Improve refresh speed

      It seems like SourceTree periodically scans filesystem for changes to get updated status. Unfortunately it is as slow as standard `git status`.

      On large repos this is VERY annoying.
      Please use System.IO.FileSystemWatcher or similar to keep status up to date in an efficient manner.
