Auto Refresh no longer working in 3.3.7

The option "Refresh automatically when files change" no longer works in 3.3.7. It was working fine in 3.3.6. What used to happen was when SourceTree gained focus, if anything had changed it would auto refresh. This no longer occurs. (NOTE: option "Refresh when application is not in focus" is disabled)

In fact even operations initiated in Sourcetree no longer refresh. For example creating or applying a stash doesn't actually update the repo view, you have to manually hit F5 to force a refresh. Again this was working fine in 3.3.6.

This is causing major issues for us as it means you are operating in a stale view of the repo unless you keep constantly hitting F5 to force a full refresh.
