Staging and unstaging files no longer updates the views.

After a recent SourceTree update to v3.3.6, when I stage or unstage a file, the lists of staged/unstaged files is not automatically updated.

I have to refresh the view in order for the changes to appear.

Note that the list of affected versions is not up to date - the latest listed is 3.2.2, but this appears in 3.3.6 (note that 3.3.4 works correctly).
