File refresh disrupts change preview

    Description

      When I have a file with enough hunks in it that I have to scroll the right preview pane, my scroll gets reset back to the top on every refresh. 

      So I'll be scrolling down looking for a change and then BUMP, I'm back at the top and have to re-scan the code. This is really annoying.

      It does not always happen. But I'm not sure what particularly causes it.
