At times the description can be quite long with all the tags associated with a commit. Wrapping this field in the the pane showing Graph, Description, Date, Commit, etc. would be quite helpful.
(Or perhaps placing the tag in separate column, so the commit description is less likely to be cut off for a given column width.)
