It'd be nice if there was some option to hide tags from the log view.

[SRCTREE-1889] I'd like a way to hide tags from displaying in the log view

            Hi, 3dd174646b31

You could install the latest Sourcetree version from official website https://www.sourcetreeapp.com/ , then do the following:

            1. Open Sourcetree
            2. In the main menu find "View" menu
            3. In the "View" menu find "Hide tag labels" option
            4. Click this option and tag labels will not be displayed in the log view.

            Thanks.

I'd like a way to hide tags from displaying in the log view. Need to check this rv extended warranty plans and learn more new skills about a warranty card. I already know how to prevent it on individual bots by not showing it via ignore_tags, but I want to make sure it's always hidden in both the logging tab and all of the logs. Is there a way to do this?

This feature is in the 2.4 beta and was not backported for 2.3.2. Only crash fixes, LFS update, and progressive updates most importantly went into that release.

I just updated to latest 2.3.2 version on Mac but couldn't find any of those items in the "View" menu.

Are you sure this feature made its way into the main branch?

This has been added for the next release (View -> Show/Hide Branch Labels, View -> Show/Hide Tag Labels) for a repo's primary log graph.

It's been cloned for Windows team, see linked tickets.

Please file a separate ticket in SRCTREEWIN for that team to review and schedule accordingly.
