Cannot remove a custom action

    Description

      When deleting an item from Preferences > Custom Actions, the confirmation dialog pops up.
      Confirming the action does nothing.

      Repro steps:

      1. Click SourceTree > Preferences.
      2. Click Custom Actions tab.
      3. Select an action you defined.
      4. Click Remove.
      5. In the confirmation, click OK.

      The action is not removed.
