Cannot edit or remove a custom action

    Description

      When deleting an item from Preferences > Custom Actions, the confirmation dialog pops up.
      Confirming the action does nothing.

      Also when the edit action panel pops up, it cannot be dismissed neither with OK or Cancel.
      Quitting the app does nothing, only force quit works.
