When launching the application (v2.2+) the splash screen is displayed, but with an empty "Atlassian Customer Agreement", the continue-button is grayed out so it's impossible to continue.
I've attached a screen shot & the preferences file, in case that is corrupt in some way.
I did try to re-install the 2.1.x version and it's working fine.
