Couldn't find a source tree project.
I updated Source Tree to Version 2.2 (46)
Upon updating, I was prompted to choose between 'Go to atlassian' or 'Use existing account'
Pressing Use existing account simply opened a white window with nothing visible. (Felt like there was something there since my mouse cursor was changing between different types as i moved it, such as the index finger, the text editing, etc, but i was unable to see anything.)
After quitting, reopening, and playing around with it for a few minutes, luckily the views became visible.
