App Becomes Unresponsive

After merging a branch in to the current branch (i.e. dev into master), the app becomes un-responsive. Clicking anywhere produces no results and the "You can't click here" sound is played.

Hitting CMD+W/Q also does nothing, one has to force quit the app.
