Re-introduce the option for separate columns for file/folder in flat file list

    Description

      This is a holding issue to collate all the feedback on 1.9 on the specific issue of it being difficult to scan file names out of the combined path & file entries in the 1.9 file status list.

      Users would like the option to have the filename listed separately to the path it's contained in.
