Display containing branches/tags for the commit

      When working on a project with multiple branches/tags it's hard to tell in which branches/tags this particular commit is contained.

      EGit (for Eclipse) and GitExtensions provide such information (see attached screenshots)

      It would be really handy to have such feature in SourceTree
