I'm really happy with SourceTree, but one limitation that affects me almost daily is the lack of granularity in the integrated diff viewer. If I add a single comma to a long, one-line SQL statement, the diff viewer marks the entire line as having been replaced. I have to meticulously scan the added/removed lines looking for the one actual difference.

I understand that this was considered "not possible" back in April '13 (https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/161107/word-by-word-diff-for-sourcetree#161525), but I hope that a solution will be found. Bitbucket and GitHub highlight line differences. And FileMerge, Xcode, and Bazaar Explorer go even further and display helpful visual "bridges" between modifications. SourceTree's diff viewer seems pretty creaky in comparison.
