Inconsistent Scroll Position When Staging Chunks

      While reviewing file changes, if scrolling down when reviewing a big chunk, then stage it, the view position is inconsistent.

      It would be expected to be positioned at the beginning of next chunk instead of being way down as it is actually.

      The bigger the chunk is, further down in the changes you are.
