Implement SP-initiated SAML Single Logout (SLO)

      Add an option that logs a user out of the IDP when they logout of Atlassian applications (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence). This will prevent the user from automatically logging back in when redirecting to the login page when in primary authentication mode.
