Updating/Publishing Conversation Starters in Rovo Studio fails to reflect changes in the preview window without a hard refresh

      Issue Summary

      When a user updates or customizes "Conversation Starters" for a Rovo Agent in Studio, the changes are not reflected in the Studio "Test" chat window (Draft or Live views) even after saving/publishing. The Studio preview remains stale until a manual hard cache refresh is performed.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Update/Modify the Conversation Starters in the Identity section of a Rovo Agent.
      1. Save/Publish the agent configuration.
      1. Click the "Test" button to open the chat preview window within Studio.

      Expected Results

      The updated conversation starters should be visible immediately in the Studio preview window or while testing the agent.

      Actual Results

      The preview window shows stale data (old conversation starters). The new starters only appear after a hard browser refresh.

      Workaround

      Perform a hard cache refresh (Cmd+Shift+R or Ctrl+F5).
