Current Behavior:
Accessing some configurations for Rovo and AI features can generate long links, and there's no option to short this by default. 

For example, accessing a custom Rovo Agent profile gets you something similar to: 
https://home.atlassian.com/o/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/people/agent/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx?cloudId=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&rovoChatCloudId=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Expected Behavior:
Pretty/short links should be supported, allowing for smoother sharing
