In some circumstances, continuing a chat with Rovo may result in the UI throwing an error code 400

1. Return to an existing Chat with Rovo
2. Prompt Rovo

Workaround

1. Start a new Chat with Rovo
2. OR - clear the Local Storage entries with key names starting with aiMateChatLoadPreference_: (likely 2 of these)
