Issue Summary

Rovo send message button moves outside of /rovo border when invoking /rovo from comment editor in issue drawer on board view.

Steps to Reproduce

From 14" macbook pro with Jira open full width

1. Open a Jira board
2. Click an issue on the board so that drawer is opened to render the issue view
3. Invoke /rovo from a comment and paste a text prompt and click enter
4. See that UI elements go outside of the rainbow Rovo border

Expected Results

UI is responsive to screen size within issue drawer, UI elements that should be inside of the /rovo dialog, don't break outside the border.
