Summary:
As an Organisation Admin, I need the ability to access, edit, and manage all Rovo Agents created within my organisation directly in Agent Studio — equivalent to Owner-level access — without requiring the agent creator to manually grant me permissions.
Problem Statement:
Currently, Org Admins can view and delete agents from Admin Hub, but cannot edit agent instructions, knowledge sources, skills, or collaborator settings unless the agent Owner explicitly adds them as a Manager/Editor. This creates operational gaps:
- If an agent owner leaves the company or is unavailable, no one can update or maintain the agent
- Org Admins responsible for governance and compliance cannot audit or correct agent configurations
- There's no self-serve way for admins to take ownership of orphaned agents
- Scaling agent management across large organizations becomes impractical
Expected Behaviour:
- Org Admins should automatically have Owner-equivalent access to all agents in Agent Studio
- This should include: editing instructions, managing knowledge sources, adding/removing skills, publishing/unpublishing, and managing collaborator permissions
- This access should not require the original Owner to grant it manually
Workaround:
Currently, the agent Owner must manually add the Org Admin as a Manager. There is no bulk or self-serve option.
