Ability to customize the Rovo Agents name display in the Customer Portal

      Current State:

      Currently , by default the agent will show as "Support" eventhough the rovo agents have a different name.
       

      Proposed Future State:

      Allow to customize the name shown in the customer portal
       

      Alternative (e.g. Third Party Plugin):
