AI in the comment section to be able to answer the questions asked by searching through KB
We have an AI available in the comment section to summarize the comments as a writing assistant.
If we pop any question to the AI in comment section, it doesn't provide an answer from the KB. However, it gives more generic information available on the internet about that topic.
Suggestion:
Customer is looking for an ability from the AI in the comment section to provide the answer to the question by searching through the KBs and not the generic answers.
This will help provide the better answers to the customers along with the relevant KB articles.
