Currently we can create articles and use all the possible phrases in the article that is used by Atlassian Intelligence as per this article:

This require to include words and phrases that customers may use. 

It would be very useful to have a way for the Atlassian Intelligence to be configured just like the "Intents" to input specific Training Phrases and not just add them to into the articles.
