Issue Summary

When the Description field is set to Default Text Renderer, can't create a PIR using the "Suggest description" with INVALID_INPUT error message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set Description field Renderer to "Default Text Renderer"
2. Create a Incident work item
3. Click "Add Post-incident review" button
4. Click "Suggest description" button
5. "Add to description" button to copy output to description
6. Click "Create" button to create PIR work item.

Expected Results

A PIR work item should be created.

Actual Results

Failed to create the PIR issue with "INVALID_INPUT".

and Description fields shows [object Object], "Suggest description" output is not being copied.

Workaround

Change the Description field renderer to "Wiki Style Renderer".
