Enabling AI and related resources removes the ability to link to an issue from parent

      Issue Summary

      When you enable AI on your Atlassian the only way to view similar issues is via Related Resources which does not allow you to link directly to a ticket. This was historically possible and we have deprecated product functionality. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      Expected Results

      I should be able to link directly from the issue i'm working on without having to go looking for the issue

      Actual Results

      AI Related Resources panel must be used in conjunction with copying the issue ID and manually linking.

      
      

      Workaround

      Disable AI on the entire site.
