Ability to pin/default Rovo agent on Slack DM for Rovo

      Summary:

      Currently we need to manually add Rovo agent to Slack DM for Rovo to work with Rovo agent. However, there should be a easier method to invoke agents in DM or to be able to pin/default them.

      Current Behaviour:

      Users need to open Rovo app in Slack, Search for an Agent to be able to chat with an agent.

      Expected Behaviour:

      Shortcut to invoke Rovo agents or to be able to pin them
