Suggestion:
Expand the capabilities of the Rovo Slack app to support write-actions that are currently restricted. Specifically, allow Rovo to:

1. Transition Jira Issues: Support the Jira Issue Transition Bulk (or single) action so users can move tickets through workflows directly from Slack.

1. Update Fields: Support the Jira Atlassian Work Item Update Single Field action to allow Rovo to modify issue attributes (such as custom fields or issue types) based on chat interactions.
