Summary:
Currently when Rovo create JSM tickets, it is through a text based prompt
JSM may be configured to have forms and prefilled lists in fields that make ticket creation easier and faster for end users.
Additionally JSM may be configured with forms with dynamic field conditions. For exaple:
- If Option 1 is selected in Field A, then Field B appears.
- If Option 2 is selected in Field A, then Field C appears.
Requested behavior:
As with Assist app in Slack, support drop downs for these fields to allow more complete and complex ticket creation.
This would include structured fields, dropdown selections, and conditional form logic. Implementing this capability would significantly improve ticket accuracy and the overall user experience.
