Current behavior:
Rovo Chat is not aware of the licenses on the site and will suggest to users features that do not exist.
For example, if you have Confluence Standard, Rovo Chat may suggest creating a number of Spaces which are not available in Confluence Standard

Rovo Chat should be be aware of the licenses on the site and not suggest features that are not available on the site

Rovo suggesting options that are not available leads to user frustration, requests to admin for additional license that are not available and friction with trusting Rovo results
