Issue Summary

Currently, users are being prompted to provide feedback to Atlassian Chat/Agents via a thumbs up/down icon in the lower section of the screen. This feedback is used internally at Atlassian to review performance and quality of our product offerings. 

The ask here is to generate, for org admins, a report or dedicated UI that can expose the following:

• A log of all thumbs up/down events, and/or

• Lets admins systematically review all contested Rovo outputs.

Logging contests helps org admins to evaluate responsible adoption of AI as a healthy number of ups/downs indicate critical thinking being applied by users to Rovo outputs.
