Current behavior:

Rovo is capable of creating Jira work items of multiple types, other Jira artifacts, Confluence pages and other types of Confluence objects, but successfull creation or modification depends on internal criteria that depends, but are not limited to: 

• The number of Skills/Tools Rovo needs to invoke to perform the action
• The final response size in KBs
• Multiple formatting changes

Suggestion:

Create documentation or references so our customers can understand how many items they can expect Rovo to work with.

Workaround:

If Rovo does not behave as expected, break away or reduce the number of items
