Rovo Writing Assistant - Ability to enable/disable the Rovo Writing assistant on Jira Issues Description

      Issue Summary

      Having AI-enabled on Jira automatically enables the Rovo writing assistant icon on the Jira Description field.

      Suggestion:

      I would like to suggest a way to turn enable/disable this option on Admin Hub withouth removing Jira from AI-enabled Apps
