      Issue Summary

Rovo can edit, update, and modify multiple object types in Atlassian Cloud at once, provided they are under the same container, whether a Confluence Space or a Jira Space.

However, there are obstacles to executing the same when performing across multiple spaces or other types of containers for these Atlassian Apps.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Use Rovo Chat or Rovo Agents to modify work items
      2. Ask Rovo to edit these fields or add labels across work items or pages from different spaces

      Expected Results

Rovo successfully executes the operation, regardless of which container the object is in.

      Actual Results

Rovo fails to perform updates, allowing only a single project, space, or other container at a time. The process needs to be repeated every time a new project is required.

      Workaround

Configure an Automation Rule to surface all work items across these multiple projects that need to be edited to Rovo using a JQL, and call the Rovo Agent with specific instructions accordingly.
